Special at Our House
I had always wanted to have a "You are special today" plate, but had never been able to find any I could afford. I have the unusual problem of needing two of them and so I was thrilled when I found these 50% off at a local "Tuesday Morning" type store. Two for the price of one! Yahoo! So, now I can hardly wait for an excuse to make someone special for the day! I plan to use them mostly for birthdays, but also for any special achievement, or honor, or whatever, comes along.
We have birthdays coming up in May and June and then the twins and I have ours in September. I'm so excited (it doesn't take much)!

What a cute idea! Don't ya just love those types of stores?! Everytime I go back home, I stop in Tuesday Morning. I can always find the best stuff there!

We have a plate that says "Happy Birthday" on it and every year, on your birthday you get that plate ALL day long. Meaning, I love you so much, I will wash it 6 times on your birthday, which is a MAJOR thing as I hate washing things LOL!
