Menu Plan Monday

All righty--here's the plan for this week. I did fairly well with sticking to my menu last week--the only thing I didn't get to was the Broccoli Bake. I do want to try it, but we ended up getting rushed on Friday and needed to eat so we would have time to play games--or the kids might have killed us!

Monday-Sombrero Pie--this is a favorite that my Mexican friend says tastes authentic. It's A's favorite.
Tuesday-Chicken stir-fry with rice
Wednesday-Baked chicken at church
Thursday-leftovers for A. and me/fast-food for B. and the girls
Friday-B. will be gone all weekend hunting turkeys in Texas--we are ordering Papa John's.
Saturday-Teen Bible Quiz banquet at church.

Wow, I just realized that I am only planning to cook on Monday and Tuesday--that's a pretty easy week for me! I may cook on Friday--we'll just wing that one!

You guys have a great week, and tell your husband to watch out for the light fixtures if he does any flying at church Wednesday night.
