Waaaah! Pardon my Whine.
OK--so much for coming back with gusto on Wednesday. When I wrote that post I had no idea that B would be having knee surgery today. We are home and he is doing well, but I am just still so tired from not sleeping on the trip last week, getting braces on my daughter, driving all the kids to camp, and now B's surgery. I am hoping to be back to normal soon! ** B did not have an accident or anything--he hurt his knee before he went to Africa--don't know how--he got a cortisone shot to put off the surgery. He saw the doctor (Scott--for those who know us) yesterday, and he scheduled B's surgery for today.** This is surgery # 5 in 3 years--hopefully, we only have the gum surgery left!!!
And by the way, I miss my kids. And I miss all of you.

I'm sorry you are pooped! Prayers for quick healing for B. I miss my kids too, so I can surely empathize with you. Glad to hear a word from you though. Miss you too.
Awww! A great big (((HUG))) for such a wonderful lady! I know you must be so drained and ready for some *me time*! I hope B. recovers quickly and that your life can return to normal very soon! I know I sure have missed you!
Sorry to hear about your hubby's knee surgery. I've been there! My hubby had ACL reconstruction/meniscus repair last April and it was no picnic, but we did get through it. You're in my thoughts and prayers, girl! What kind of knee surgery is he having?
Wow, Jenna, it sounds like life is trying to kick your tail right now. Hang in there. We'll all still be here when everything's back to normal.
Hope all goes well! At least you have a quiet house for him to recover in!
Hope the surgery went well and he's on the mend. Take care of yourself, and him too :)
I hope he is a good patient for you, and I hope he recovers quickly!
We are having a crazy week too! Hope things get back to normal soon for all of us! :)
Miss ya!
I hope you find some time to recover...so as far as I am concerned whine away...you are entitled, my daughter got braces yesterday too.....
Yes, whine if you must. My kids do it all the time, so apparently it's refreshing or something! :)
Seriously, I hope you have a chance to sit down and breathe now that surgery is over and the traveling is finished.
By the way, congrats to the kids on finishing well in the competition!
How's B?
