Menu Plan TUESDAY?
So, it's Tuesday! I am a little late, but you know what they say-- it's better late than never. Here's the plan for our week. It will be quite, quite short.
- Monday--We had tacos last night! Very tasty.
- Tuesday--Cubed Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans--I wasn't able to follow my menu at all last week--life took over. I may not be able to make this tonight because of Drama practice. (updated to add that it is all on the stove as I type!)
- Wednesday--Fried Chicken at church
- Thursday--Take out--B. and the girls have Drama practice. We will all grab something out.
- Friday--We will be out of town.
- Saturday--We will still be out of town.
See, I started to not post this because, well, it's almost pointless. Anyway, that's the plan for this week. An unusual week for us!

Sounds good. Always good to have a plan, even if you decide to change it around and late is better than never! =D

Yep...looks like you really didn't need to do one! I had those nacho bread pizzas last night from my menu. OH MY! YUMMMMMMMY. You should try them. They are very easy and delicious.
Even more we have in common, my husband is a pilot as well.
Have a great trip!
Hey Jenna,
Your menu looks good, even if it is a busy week. The homeschool olympics sound awesome too!
Not pointless at all. See, now you get to explain to me how you make your cubed steak. I'm always afraid it'll be tough.
I'll miss you when you're out of town.
Life has a funny way of getting in the way of best laid plans, doesn't it?! I think my menu is going to be shot this week also, so yours is a lot better than mine :) Tacos sound good, as does eating out and take out, LOL!
Hope you have a great week, and a safe trip out of town!
Jenna, I am happy to tell you that my husband is considering taking me to the Mercy Me AA Aaron Schuste concert, but the closest to us Lexington, KY, which is about 4 hours away, I think! We'll see if the plans materialize, but I owe it all to you if I get to see my favorite band perform one last time (AA, although I know they're not you're favorite. "Ocean Floor" is particularly meaningful to me.
I'm not jealous, I'm not jealous! : )
How great that you have a Wednesday night meal AT church! That would make life so much easier for getting out the door and being on time. I wish we had that. : )
Oh, how I know about life getting in the way of cooking. And you can only order pizza so many times in one week. ha ha (that is often my solution!)
I feel so much better now. Life just wasn't quite right not knowing what you were having for dinner each night. Looks like a good & easy week! The best kind. I forgot we are heading to Dallas Friday-Sunday ourselves. I guess my Friday won't happen as planned :o) and I'll miss blogging too!

I agree.Have a plan and see..your tuesday night dinner sounds delish...I'll bring Pie!!
have a great week! i hope you're getting to go out of town for something fun! (and that you'll have some good eats there!)
Very good menu! Not a whole lot of cooking and that's how I like to plan it too, lol. (I'm trying to change that though)
Always good to have a plan even if it doesn't happen according to plan.
What's that saying? "Failure to plan is planning to fail" or something like that!
I really have to start posting my meals..I plan them too, but haven't started the menu plan mondays yet.
I am howling that you noticed the band aid in the pic... too funny!!
