Daily Planner Meme
Marcia tagged me for this meme last week. It's been so crazy that I am just now getting around to it. I pretty much try to keep things simple around here. I have one book that I use--it lives on my kitchen counter. I don't generally take it with me when I go out--it's so big. Here are a few pictures and then I'll tell you what I keep in it. (It is one of the cheapies from Wal*Mart.)
The weekly planner pages below are where I write all the daily things I have to do--errands, appt., housecleaning chores, JBQ study, etc., - go on the left page. The right page is where I keep track of my daily water drinking and my menu plan for the week. I have a separate notepad for my grocery list.
The monthly planning page is where I see the big picture. The month below is August--the only thing on the calendar so far is my hair appt. (I keep my hair appts. 6 months in advance--it is necessary with my hairdresser--and I would just about have to be on my death bed to miss an appointment because there's usually no getting another appt. until your next scheduled-- just ask Mandalyn --our hairdresser is extremely sought after-to say the least.)
And that about does it for me--I would really love to have a palm pilot--nothing fancy--it would be a lot easier to carry with me. I would especially like to have the menu-grocery program they have for palms. I doubt I would stop using this, though. I'm a pencil and paper kind of gal!

Like it!! I'm showing mine Tues or Wednesday. Hope you enjoyed the day with your family yesterday!
Wow! Your hairdress is sought after! This was fun to see. Thanks for sharing it!
LOL, well aren't you just lil' miss organization! I used to use a day planner but now I just use my Google Cally.
I keep something similar to this...nothing fancy. There's just enough room to jot down what I have scheduled for that day. I find that it helps a lot. It stays on my desk so that I can see it several times througout the day. I do like yours though because it has pink in it! That's my favorite color!
Cute planner! I have the lowest-level Palm pilot - I got it just for the shopping list feature :) It was under $100, so they can be semi-affordable, just in case you wanted to ask for something last minute for Mother's Day!!!
Nice one. It looks suspiciously like my husband's one (except his is black all over) and we bought it in Malaysia.
