Menu Plan Monday

I am planning to take it easy this week as far as cooking is concerned. B will be working late every night-- Every once in a while they have to night fly, and this is the week. So, easy-peasy it is.

Monday-Crock-pot "roasted" chicken with carrots and potatoes, baked squash
Tuesday- Leftovers, peanut butter cookies
Wednesday- Fried chicken at church
Thursday- Cubed Steak, mashed potatoes, corn on cob
Friday- Bacon and Tomato sandwiches, fruit, brownie sundaes
Saturday-ordering Pizza I hope you all have a wonderful week. And please visit Laura for more menu plans.
